F52273-0.08ML | NSJ Bioreagents | 0.08 ml | 140.25 EUR |
Description: Nucleophosmin is involved in diverse cellular processes such as ribosome biogenesis, centrosome duplication, protein chaperoning, histone assembly, cell proliferation, and regulation of tumor suppressors p53/TP53 and ARF. Binds ribosome presumably to drive ribosome nuclear export. Associated with nucleolar ribonucleoprotein structures and bind single-stranded nucleic acids. Acts as a chaperonin for the core histones H3, H2B and H4. Stimulates APEX1 endonuclease activity on apurinic/apyrimidinic (AP) double-stranded DNA but inhibits APEX1 endonuclease activity on AP single-stranded RNA. May exert a control of APEX1 endonuclease activity within nucleoli devoted to repair AP on rDNA and the removal of oxidized rRNA molecules. In concert with BRCA2, regulates centrosome duplication. Regulates centriole duplication: phosphorylation by PLK2 is able to trigger centriole replication. |

F48247-0.08ML | NSJ Bioreagents | 0.08 ml | 140.25 EUR |
Description: Nucleophosmin/NPM1 is a ubiquitously expressed nucleolar protein that shuttles between the nucleus and cytoplasm. It is implicated in multiple functions, including ribosomal protein assembly and transport, control of centrosome duplication, and regulation of the tumor suppressor ARF. NPM1 mutations that relocalize NPM1 from the nucleus into the cytoplasm are associated with development of acute myeloid leukemia. |

R31031 | NSJ Bioreagents | 100 ug | 356.15 EUR |
Description: Nucleophosmin, also known as NPM, is a protein that in humans is encoded by the NPM1 gene. The gene maps to chromosome 5q35. Nucleophosmin is likely involved in the assembly of ribosomal proteins into ribosomes. An electron microscopic study indicated that Nucleophosmin is concentrated in the granular region of the nucleolus, where ribosome assembly occurs. |

V3911-100UG | NSJ Bioreagents | 100 ug | 349.3 EUR |
Description: Recognizes a 33kDa glycoprotein, identified as Nucleophosmin (NPM). It is predominantly localized in the nucleus of cells in most tissues. NPM is involved in ribosomal assembly and rRNA transport. It is an abundant protein that is highly phosphorylated by Cdc2 kinase during mitosis. This phosphoprotein moves between the nucleus and the cytoplasm. It is thought to be involved in several processes including regulation of the ARF/p53 pathway. A number of genes are fusion partners, in particular the anaplastic lymphoma kinase gene on chromosome 2. Mutations in exon 12 affecting the C-terminus of the protein are associated with an aberrant cytoplasmic location. Mutations in this gene are associated with acute myeloid leukemia. The antibody may be a useful aid for classification of acute myeloid leukemia. |

V7317-20UG | NSJ Bioreagents | 20 ug | 153.3 EUR |

V7607-100UG | NSJ Bioreagents | 100 ug | 349.3 EUR |
Description: The protein encoded by the NPM1 gene is involved in several cellular processes, including centrosome duplication, protein chaperoning, and cell proliferation. The encoded phosphoprotein shuttles between the nucleolus, nucleus, and cytoplasm, chaperoning ribosomal proteins and core histones from the nucleus to the cytoplasm. This protein is also known to sequester the tumor suppressor ARF in the nucleolus, protecting it from degradation until it is needed. Mutations in this gene are associated with acute myeloid leukemia. [RefSeq] |
